We are seeking a
Paid Media Specialist for a full-time, onsite position at our Old Town Scottsdale office. The Paid Media Specialist manages the performance of our Media products. The goal of this position is to ensure our clients win by providing consistent performance on the clients' media buys, keeping within the current set of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position supports company profitability and client retention by improving processes to provide our clients with world-class service from skilled, engaged, and efficient employees.
An ideal candidate would have familiarity with Google Adwords (Display) and Facebook Ad Manager and will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a desire to excel within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Media Performance campaign management, inclusive of campaign planning and execution, ensuring both quality of performance and efficiency
- Ensure ad campaigns are set up with complete accuracy, attention to detail, and conform with platform best practices
- Monitor results, analyze key metrics, and optimize for continued campaign improvement
- Act as the point of contact for Media product questions and issues, escalating as needed
- Provide daily communication and updates on account issues and wins with the internal team
- Share trends, performance issues, and wins with the Media Performance team
- Remain current on media strategies and best practices as platforms make updates
- Reporting analysis as needed for high-priority clients
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience building/managing Social Ad campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or Experience in Digital Marketing with a college-level grasp of mathematics
- Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing skills, knowledge of proper grammar and spelling
- Adaptive to change and ability to prioritize or seek support in prioritization
- Facebook Blueprint Certification, preferred
- Google Analytics Certification, preferred
- Google Ads Display Certification, preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of other media platforms, preferred
