About the Team
The Business Operations team at Cardlytics works closely with the CEO and C-suite to tackle some of the most pressing and strategic challenges for our company. We build a point of view to inform executive decisions, develop insights on our operating environment and competitors as well as lead the mid to long term planning efforts. We work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Operations, Finance and Analytics to ensure we drive change and impact in the business. We develop data-driven perspectives to align the full business in the same direction and ensure fast and bold execution.
About the Position
Cardlytics is seeking a
Business Operations Lead
to join our team, reporting to the VP, Strategy and Operations. The BizOps (Business Operations) Lead will quickly ramp up across a varied set of topics, easily build strong relationships across the organization and is laser focused on driving impact in our business. This individual is proactive in identifying issues to solve, use data and analytics to build a perspective and create an action plan to execute. Responsibilities:
Identify, define, incubate and launch growth initiatives or new teams
Identify and assess inorganic growth opportunities linked to our strategy
Lead annual planning and OKR processes
Design and implement the business systems and processes that CDLX needs to scale
Partner with other teams like Product, Sales, Operations, Finance and Analytics to define and execute critical strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency
Work with product and GTM leads on defining, planning and launching new products
Minimum Qualifications
You have experience taking initiatives or products from conception to launch
You get a kick out of digging deep into the data, and thinking from first principles
You have experience in a highly strategic and analytical role in fast-paced environments
You thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
You have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners
You are a strong communicator and are able to explain complex issues in clear, persuasive language
Preferred Qualifications
These are nice to have qualifications, and we still encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all these qualifications:
Experience in strategy consulting or private equity
Experience operating in a high growth technology company, including experience in BizOps, product or growth
Deep understanding of adtech landscape: business models, players, pricing models, etc.
Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.The annual US base salary range for this role is:$160,000 - $180,000
