About The Role:
As the Director of Shopper Marketing, you will be the vital link between our internal marketing and sales teams, as well as our large store and small store retail partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in synthesizing sales objectives with marketing creativity, molding strategies that resonate with our brand while fostering deeper connections with our key retail partners. Acting as a thought leader to help the team understand both retailer and consumer needs, you will be a pivotal cross-functional partner. This role is the perfect opportunity for a passionate leader with a deep understanding of omnichannel platforms, traditional shopper marketing, and the ability to lead pivotal discussions with both retailers and buyers.
You will help shape the future of shopper experiences at Feastables, directly influencing our brand perception and market reach, all while building the shopper marketing team from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Spearhead shopper marketing strategies across major accounts, ensuring they align with Feastables' business strategy, the MrBeast brand, and the strategic objectives of all internal and external partners
- Pioneer the development of Shopper Marketing as a key marketing pillar within Feastables, growing alongside our sales division
- Delve deeply into shopper insights using tools like Numerator and Nielsen IRI to craft data-driven, retailer-specific marketing plans
- Translate overarching brand strategies into actionable, customer-centric marketing initiatives tailored to our key retail partners
- Analyze performance metrics regularly, iterating on our strategies to ensure they remain cutting-edge and data-informed
- Collaborate with Omni/Media team to drive growth and performance across a variety of digitally-enabled purchasing platforms, including, Retail Media Networks (RMNs), Curbside Pickup & BOPIS platforms, and 3P/S2H Delivery
- Ensure marketing assets are leveraged to their fullest potential across key accounts
- Assist domestic and international sales leads in developing thoughtful and impactful programming for our key retail partners
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and leverage trends and innovations in the CPG landscape
Recipe For Success:
- Minimum of 8 years of robust experience in Shopper Marketing, Key Account Sales, and Brand Management within the CPG sector
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, with a master's degree being a plus
- Proven expertise in traditional shopper marketing elements, including in-store activations, POS dynamics, and supply chain collaboration
- An analytical mindset, with a strong grasp of sales, traditional shopper marketing data, and category management insights
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to build and guide a high-performing team
- Ability to provide strong thought-leadership in the areas of in-store execution, online presence and shopper behavior
- Experience in a shopper marketing function across both large format (Mass, Grocery, etc.) and small format (C-Store, Drug, etc.) channels is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; the ability to lead conversations with both internal teams, and external partner / vendor groups
- Agency / key account management experience is a plus
- Passion for the creator / social media space
