We are looking for a Business Development Representative
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 salary + variable, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
About the Role
As an Business Development Representative at AfterSell, you will be a critical part of our business development team and be a key driver to acquire new clients and expand existing revenue. You will prospect, execute outbound campaigns, and run demo calls to pitch the product and understand what solutions best fit each client. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive new business and build relationships with our clients and partners. We will compensate you well, invest deeply in your learning and development, and do everything we can to make sure this is the single best work experience of your life.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- You’ll take demo calls. You'll be taking inbound and outbound demo calls that come in through our pipeline.
- You'll guide our customers. You’ll work with our customers and brands to set up our apps and educate them on how to use the products to be most successful.
- You'll manage the sales pipeline. As we continue to scale, you’ll keep our CRM organized and track customer journeys.
- You'll contribute to the system. While we’ve done a great job at building our sales system from lead generation to demo and close, we’re always looking to improve. As you have more calls, you’ll provide information on how the system can be improved.
- You'll collect customer feedback. We are extremely customer centric and we value every bit of feedback from our customers, whether it’s positive or negative.
