Job Description:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the home services industry to engage with potential customers, educate them on our services, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets. - Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Educate customers about our services

- Nurture customer relationships and provide ongoing support
- Exceed sales goals to drive company success
Qualifications:
- Proven inside sales experience (at least 2 years), preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Experience dialing dozens of calls per day with proven success in converting leads to sales
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
- Home services experience is a plus
