Your Role:


As part of the Global Operations Team, this position focuses on global student services, emphasizing operations and procedures related to housing, student services, and program inclusions. The role involves monitoring global housing efforts and contributing to the standardization and improvement of housing administration across various sites and legacies. It also includes searching for, developing, and implementing onsite operation systems to enhance efficiency in local program management. Working collaboratively with sites, the role aims to streamline tasks while enhancing the student experience and gathering data to provide a comprehensive global perspective that supports intentional and consistent growth.

What You’ll Do:


The job duties listed below are not all inclusive of what the employee may be responsible for. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • As part of Global Operations Support, work with the various department and locations to standardize processes and best practices in our program’s execution, adding efficiency and agile methods in our operations while enhancing student experience.
  • Liaison with the IT and other departments to Search, Develop & Implement Systems, Processes and Tools to enhance student service and onsite readiness for a steady growth. 
  • Collect, analyze, monitor and present data related to costs and student services.
  • Facilitate Student Housing Application Process.
  • Attend administrative needs of Global Onsite teams as they run their programs. 
  • Liaison with finance department and local teams to monitor housing costs and maintain consistent quality.
  • Standardize and Improve Housing Administration and service across sites.
  • Help create opportunities for proactive long-term housing availability.
  • Facilitate and maintain communication and connectivity among sites & across departments.
  • Foster a sense of community and collaboration. 
  • Ensure the execution of these practices aligns with our principles of opportunity, diversity, and access for students, collaborators, and colleagues alike.

Salary: 27,000 €


Hours: 

This is a full-time position; based in Barcelona this role operates within standard business hours Monday-Friday. Candidate must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

What Makes a Great Candidate:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service operations within a diverse, multicultural business environment.
  • Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with remote, multi-skilled teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including a solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
  • Familiar with Salesforce and its reporting functionalities.
  • Competence in software and applications development.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish; proficiency in Catalan or a willingness to learn it, is expected.
  • Additional fluency in another European language is beneficial.  
  • Preferably experience in international education and study abroad preferred and/or knowledgeable of the USA Higher Education system.
  • Familiarity with Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and/or short-stay accommodation is also a plus.
