Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Video/Photo Editor with a background in both video editing and photography. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and the technical skills to create stunning visuals that highlight our remodeling projects and company culture. You will be responsible for editing and producing videos and photos that align with our brand and mission.
Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality videos using Premier, Final Cut, and Davinci Resolve. Color-grade photos and videos to ensure they meet our standards. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute visual concepts. Capture and document remodeling projects, team events, and other company activities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and vision. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and photography. Provide input on creative direction and style for projects.
Requirements:
Proficient in Premier, Final Cut, and Davinci Resolve. At least 2 years of experience in video editing and photography. Strong understanding of videography and photography techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A passion for leadership and people development.
Preferred Qualifications:
