Through our brands, K2Share and CareerSafe, we provide advisory services in cyber risk management and online education for workforce readiness.K2United is expanding our Senior Leadership Team with the addition of a Chief Training Product Officer focused on the expansion of external Workforce Training products. We seek a person devoted to advocating the impact and leading the creation of innovative workforce e-learning solutions.

This critical role is at the organization’s core working with the other senior leaders to set the direction and ensure the perpetual success of our extraordinary workplace. About You:


You are a seasoned leader in online education with a passion for the life-changing difference that comes from meaningful workforce development training. The depth and breadth of your workforce training knowledge uniquely equips you to lead the strategic direction for the investments needed for the continued growth of CareerSafe, K2Share, and K2United. Additionally, you:

  • Love leading and managing teams working on a wide range of projects.
  • Drive consistent customer experience across all products.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and promoting new products.
  • Possess experience related to career and technical education, cybersecurity, or organizational development.
  • Have been intimately involved with the development and delivery of asynchronous online education.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of launching online education to meet market demands.
  • Are actively involved in a network of workforce training professionals.

Your Impact:


As the Chief Training Product Officer you will collaborate with stakeholders to lead the creation of pathways to enhance our workforce trainings effectiveness and transferability. In addition, you will:

  • Lead our strategic response to changing market demands, lead the development and/or acquisition of online learning content, and ensure the delivery of online education.
  • Unite with the other seven Senior Leadership Team members to set direction and ensure the perpetual success of our extraordinary workplace.
  • Influence the creation and communication of the organization’s vision, workforce structure, and cultural foundations.
  • Create alignment and increase the effectiveness of our organization through regular conversations with direct reports and routine planning sessions.
