Project Controls Specialist
Job Description:Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team-player who is responsible for working closely with Clients, Contractors, Project Managers and Department Managers to develop, track, forecast, and maintain project estimates, schedules, progress, earned value, changes and forecasts. Job Duties/Responsibilities:•Develop and implement company policies and procedures related to project controls.•Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of inputs/performance data into a master estimate / budget platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.•Participate in monthly/weekly meetings with stakeholder to provide project forecasting and cost reporting.•Ensure timely status and updating of project schedules for owners, project management team and subcontractors•Develop timely and accurate project budget and forecasting reportsMinimum Qualifications:•Education: Associates Degree or higher is Preferred•Experience: Min Yr = 5 Max Yr = 10+•Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Scheduling methods and software such as P6, MS Projects, Smartsheet, and others.•Management: No management experience required•Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Professional Development Opportunities:•Develop breadth and depth of expertise across a range of projects, crafts, and execution methods.•Become a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)•Become a subject matter expert on various Project Controls skills such as work breakdown structure, earned value, estimating, data modeling, etc.Apply for this job
