About the role
We're looking to add a Growth Marketing Manager to our marketing team to help us scale investments in top and mid-funnel channels like LinkedIn and YouTube. This position will play a critical role in shaping full-funnel marketing strategies that build awareness, drive demand, and contribute to overall pipeline growth. The growth marketing manager will work closely with external agencies to improve platform execution, scale investment and results, and build new engaging ads.
You will
Own our paid LinkedIn strategy to drive leads
Coordinate closely with PMM on targeting, messaging, and required assets for channel success
Drive audience targeting and testing strategy
Partner with internal and external designers to develop and test performant social ads
Proactively report performance insights on audience and messaging by ICP
Manage tech stack for campaign management and targeting, including evaluating ROI of tools
Develop our YouTube strategy to build awareness and drive growth
Own channel creative strategy and coordinate agency work to produce video ads
Optimize campaigns leveraging placements, bidding, and targeting
Report leading and lagging indicators to measure awareness impact on our efficiency and growth across all channels
Test new digital channels to meet growth targets
Manage relationship with our digital marketing agency to execute channel strategies and deliver results
Monitor lead quality and proactively partner with sales to communicate strategy shifts that could influence pipeline
You have
5+ years running paid acquisition campaign strategy, with at least 3 years of experience running LinkedIn
Deep expertise running B2B campaigns in YouTube Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Track record of demonstrating growth impact of ToFu and MoFu campaigns
Strong knowledge of ad creative best practices and platform targeting capabilities
Proactive approach to partnering cross-functionally to make campaigns successful
Experience running campaign experiments and optimizations to continuously improve results

Competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000.
We're a remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas — we have collaboration hours from around 12-4 PM Eastern time.
Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
