About the Role
Our Product Team works seamlessly with engineers, designers and data scientists to build exceptional products across our organization. As the Director of Product for Platform & Insights, you’ll help lead our SaaS platform through exponential growth. You’ll be responsible for amplifying our Insights product offerings, and our ideal candidate brings exemplary product management experience in various data-centric B2B environments. This position will report to our SVP of Product.
What a typical week might look like
- Create, build and maintain a unified Platform and Portal to service a diverse set of B2B products to our partners and customers
- Develop and own the product roadmap for the features/modules based on your research, relationship management, data analysis and industry knowledge
- Ideate plans to enhance product features through customer discovery, gap identification and additions to the product roadmap based on internal and external feedback
- Serve as a close partner, advocate and subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders to communicate the Voice of Customer, user pain points, product roadmap, and details for feature releases
- Champion Attain’s Insights product, use case and customers by developing frameworks for sharing product value and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Evaluate key product metrics, usage, NPS and develop features that help retain or engage users
- Work cross-functionally in an extremely collaborative environment with teams such as engineering, design, product, data science, sales and customer support teams
- Support development of monetization and pricing strategies as well as competitive position in market to continuously deliver differentiated offerings
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, ideally in startup environments, with 4+ years in the Ad-Tech space working with consumer data products
- Experience working with purchase panel or POS data, consumer insights methodologies, as well as merchant and product taxonomies
- Experience leading and motivating high performing teams
- Experience owning product features from ideation to launch, including, but not limited to; data analysis, discovery, user research and design
- Ability to thrive in cross functional, entrepreneurial work environments
- Proven ability to be a champion for the Voice of Customer as well as synthesize and execute on internal and external feedback
- Ability to think creatively and analytically with an innovative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to keep stakeholders informed, and influence cross-functional partners
