3 days per week, schedule flexibility offered.


Position Summary: The District Clerk will be responsible for the creation, processing, and organization of job packets within the company’s ERP system as it relates to field services operations. This position supports local management with procurement, inventory and other organizational duties while maintaining a professional atmosphere.Key Roles / Responsibilities: 

  • Create and plan sales and service orders (SAP) with information provided by the sales team
  • Create Job packets with all pertinent job information / File upon completion
  • Data entry and organization of field tickets relating to time entry
  • Process materials movements assigned to service and sales orders (SAP movements) to maintain an accurate inventory
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts and adjustments if necessary
  • Assist with communication, logistics and stock transfer of inventory from the manufacturing plant
  • Help to identify and utilize aged inventory
  • Create purchase orders and receive materials (MIGO)
  • Scan and electronically file all job packets including QC documents and pictures of locations into SharePoint
  • Assist HSE with uploading JSA’s/BBS cards and monthly safety meetings into SharePoint
  • Other duties as needed by accounting or management requests

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Office administration experience
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to changes quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
  • Moves throughout the building to access files.
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
  • Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
  • Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
