MyCarrier is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving new sources of revenue and maximizing ROI. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your marketing skills and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Core Responsibilities:



  • Work alongside of our marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that nurture existing free users into paid upsell opportunities

  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to design campaigns that support top-of-funnel and attract new users, including but not limited to writing email copy, uploading lead lists, and building emails in Hubspot

  • Create various A/B tests aimed at improving the effectiveness of our campaigns and scaling those that are successful

  • Write and design sales enablement material, including but not limited to sales sequences, powerpoint decks, one pagers, campaign outlines, and other needs as requested by sales and marketing leadership

  • Train and enable the sales team on upcoming campaigns and ensure alignment on the outcome of campaigns


  • Explore the use of our existing channels (organic and email marketing) and, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing, learn how to implement tests on new channels

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations to analyze trends and reports that drive insight into the marketing team’s overall impact on the organization


  • Analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending changes as needed

  • Plan, organize, and support the company’s attendance to trade shows and various events throughout the year

  • Support with administrative marketing requests as needed

Who You Are:



  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the MyCarrier TMS platform

  • You have a knack defining, managing, prioritizing, and driving projects

  • You can easily communicate with various departments and senior leadership

  • You have a positive “can-do” attitude with a desire to solve problems, learn, and grow

  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and insights

  • You are constantly looking for other ways to improve adoption of our product and explore new avenues for revenue

  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer service to successfully launch campaigns that impact the wider Revenue team
