Associate Digital Designer who would be responsible for creating digital assets for projects, including websites, mobile apps, banner ads, emails, social media, and interactive displays. Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the team, develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of our clients and advance their brand strategies
- Participate in the concepting and design of digital projects as needed across the agency
- Manage and coordinate the handoff of finished work to developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Follow up with team members and project leads to ensure daily deliverables are met
- Understand project scopes and track hours appropriately
- Proof and review work prior to internal reviews
- Keep project files organized and archived in Box according to HCB naming and filing conventions
- Work with the VP, Digital and the broader UX team
- Continually strive to grow digital design skills and explore new technologies and educational opportunities to enrich yourself and the team
- Share knowledge of relevant emerging technologies and trends with the broader team
- Work closely with the account team as necessary (or independently) to drive projects forward
- Manage day-to-day project details and client relationships as needed
- Demonstrate strong design quality and strategic thinking
- Articulate and present creative ideas and rationale to clients as needed
- Execute interaction design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, including assets for user research, prototypes, process flows, user flows, personas, wireframes, and design and functionality specifications for documentation
- Follow established patterns, practices, and style guidelines when designing, understanding the rationale for their use and level of importance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic, Web Design or related field, or relevant experience (pharma advertising experience a plus)
- Familiarity with the full web development life cycle
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard methodologies and theories
- Ability to create and build upon visual design comps from wireframes
- Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive websites for multiple browsers
- Significant knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
