Position Overview
The Enterprise Analytics Program Manager, a fully remote position, reports directly to the Manager - Business Intelligence and Analytics and is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of analytics projects that deliver valuable insights and drive business growth. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Your expertise in analytics, data management, and project management will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of innovation within the company.
By staying up-to-date with the latest trends in analytics, data engineering, and program management, you will ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of the enterprise analytics roadmap.
Essential job functions:
Lead the definition of analytic requirements by actively engaging with stakeholders, collecting and documenting feature requirements, and ensuring clear communication for the development and use of advanced analytic solutions.
Establish and communicate success criteria for each project, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end process of data collection, interpretation, and analysis, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Enhance company efficiency by leveraging data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and data science methodologies.
Facilitate Agile development processes, including driving sprint planning, crafting user stories, refining backlog items, and defining release schedules.
Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously to deliver tangible business value.
Manage project intake, requirements gathering, and prioritization of the analytics and source system integration backlog to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, business teams, and technology experts, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
Cultivate a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization by promoting the use of analytics and fostering a data-driven mindset.
Conduct usability tests and QA testing to ensure the highest quality of analytic solutions and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably within an enterprise analytics or data-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex analytics projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in driving Agile development processes and working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data warehousing solutions, APIs, and other relevant data integration technologies.
Experience leveraging agile project management tools, such as JIRA.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members, customers, and business leaders.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in conducting usability tests and QA testing to ensure the highest quality of analytic solutions.
Professional certifications such as ScrumMaster, CSPO, PMP, PgMP, or relevant data analytics certifications are a plus.
