The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a global brand for an industry leader. You'll collaborate across internal departments and global regions, showcasing the impact of social and video marketing on our business.
The day to day.
Analyze our paid social and video accounts for optimization and growth opportunities.
Conduct in-platform audits and develop strategies and optimizations for best-in-class execution
Implement regular testing to discover new ways to enhance our impact
Collect, analyze, and present performance data to the team and leadership.
Manage a substantial global budget.
Collaborate with creative and web teams to launch new campaigns and optimize the entire buyer journey.
Work with business units to develop and refine go-to-market campaigns, including multi-channel strategies.
Conduct audience research and competitive analysis.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends.
Your skills and expertise.
3+ years of experience in designing, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns at scale, with demonstrable business growth impact.
Proficiency in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
Experience with Video and OTT advertising is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Data-driven decision-making approach.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience managing campaigns for a B2B company is a plus.

Base Salary Range$80,000.00 - $120,000.00
We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide.
