Your Role:


The Enrollment Support Intern will assist and support specific projects and tasks within CEA CAPA’s Enrollment and Advising Department, on the Enrollment Operations team. Duties will include document review and management, support for the visa and immigration process, mailing, and other administrative processes to support students predeparture as needed.

What You’ll Do:


The job duties listed below are not all inclusive of what the employee may be responsible for. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with the processing of all student documents uploaded through the student portal. This includes:
  • Reviewing all documents for accuracy, marking documents received in the Student Information System, and communicating to the account owner or student on any documents that need to be resubmitted.
  • Utilize email to collect necessary student enrollment documents including internship materials if applicable.
  • Record notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding all student communication.
  • Assist with visa and immigration support procedures including printing, organizing, and preparing student mailings.
  • Assist with updating pre-departure advising resources
  • Work collaboratively with various departments across the organization, both domestic and international, to create and continue to improve the student's experience and streamline administrative processes.

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr

Physical Requirements: 

Sitting, standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds). Use of general office equipment such as computer, keyboard, printer, scanner, mailing machines and supplies. Ability to communicate verbally, via email, and phone.

What Makes a Great Candidate:


  • High School Diploma (Associate Degree preferred).
  • 1-year related experience required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to justice, equity, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Experience with education abroad is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM (Customer Relations Management) databases, Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to respect confidentiality and ethical boundaries regarding student privacy.

Hours: 

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. Hours to be determined but will occur during standard business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
