Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Trainee to join our talented Team in Lisbon.Do you have the drive to work in an innovative and ambitious environment?We’re looking for someone with a determined and proactive mindset, someone inspired and passionate to help us achieve our goals. Our successful candidate is a strong critical thinker, reliable and transparent, with an ability to learn and communicate. We’re looking for someone special to contribute to our unique culture.Our Finance Trainee would have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Great teamwork skills
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
What will you do?
- Post, review and verify invoices
- Review and track T&E
- Process expense reports
- Monitor accounts and vendors to ensure payments are up to date
- Perform month-end and year-end processes such as accruals accounting.
- Other admin tasks as needed.
