Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, as well as a sprawling operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.Lazarus Naturals was founded in 2016 to provide safe and accessible CBD products for everyone who would benefit from them, regardless of their financial situation and ability to pay, which is why we provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and people with disabilities or low incomes.
In order to maintain and affordable price point and our commitment to accessibility for all, we have built a vertically integrated business model, which allows us to walk our talk of developing quality, affordable products-packaging, and distributionCycling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionanble THC beverage the ssame price as a beer or soda. We went to change the way THC is consumed and viewed our society by focusing on lower potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone's lifestyle.
Under the Federal Farm Bill it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 States via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer.Our Customer Service Representatives are a key part of buildinbg and maintaining our customers' experience with our brands. We are small, close-knit team that helps one another, while helping our customers. Your typical day will be spent answering inbound phone calls/answering emails throuigh our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool. Managing website login issues, product questions, fulfillment issues (plus much more), would fall under the Customer Service Team responsibilities.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting customers with questions or concerns regarding their orders, shipments, and general CBD product inquiries via phone calls or email.
- Employing courtesy, patience and understanding while communicating with our diverse customer base.
- Placing orders over the phone with customers
- Providing consistent and accurate information about our products within our guidelines and procedures.
- Utilizing multiple softward programs in assisting our customers
- Facilitating effective and time-sensitive communication between departments related to resolving CS issues.
- Providing basic levels of Technical support for customers using our web platform
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills, both verbally and written
- Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and follow-through
- 1-2 years' experience providing Customer Service via phone and email
- Proficient in basic PC skills with the ability to learn fuctions of company software.
- Stong attention to clerical detail (confirming and correcting addresses and other sensitive information, reviewing applications on specific criterial)
- Hemp/Cannabis industry experience is a plus (not required)
- Experience using Zendesk, Shopify, Shipstation is a plus (not required)
- High School Diploma or AA/AS
