- Provide effective leadership through communication, coaching, training, and development to foster a positive work environment.
- Resolve employee issues and facilitate improved working relationships.
- Oversee the manufacturing schedule to ensure optimal workload distribution and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA regulations, safety, and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency and profitability.
- Generate necessary reports to monitor and support operational targets.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Implement and manage policies related to Lean Manufacturing, quality, cost reduction, safety, customer satisfaction, and employee relations.
- Investigate and introduce process improvements to optimize workflow and increase ROI.
- Regularly interact with the executive team and departmental supervision to align operational priorities with company goals.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
- College Degree, High School Diploma, Trade School Certificate, or equivalent.
- Two to five years of related experience in a machine shop manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
