About The Role:

What You Will Do:
- Implement and deliver comprehensive qualitative research and survey strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Interface with internal and client-facing teams to lead survey methodology selection and question design.
- Lead analysis and delivery of qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for clients – with a particular focus on retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
- Develop compelling storytelling narratives to communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
- Serve as consumer insights subject matter expert (SME) and service lead for priority client accounts and priority program deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with Stackline’s consumer brands sales and servicing teams to integrate consumer insights projects within new and existing client scope.
- Stay updated of retail industry trends and emerging research methodologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage for Stackline’s clients.
- Manage and support other special projects as needed.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, consulting, or market research and a history of successful project delivery.
- Ability to create and articulate compelling stories and narratives based on research data.
- Demonstrated experience working with quantitative consumer-insights data sets (e.g. panel), including integrating those datasets with brand and channel strategies.
- Demonstrated experience designing and fielding qualitative consumer research (e.g. surveys).
- Experience working with and synthesizing large datasets.
- Direct experience working with and presenting to client-facing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to strategize plans for and tactically implement technical tools, features, and enhancements.
- You adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and deadline-driven environment where flexibility and teamwork are critical
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing work environment.
- Proactive, motivated, and results-driven that is dedicated to helping our internal teams succeed and our customers thrive.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in business, economics, psychology, or other market and consumer insights related field.
- Industry experience in B2B SaaS or B2B consumer brand.
- Experience within the retail industry.
- Experience with SQL.

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and performance. The pay range for this position located in Seattle is $120,000 - $145,000 per year.
