This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance clerical duties to support the Maintenance Staff.  This includes providing work packages and maintaining PM/PDM maintenance systems and records to optimize facilities uptime and availability.


The hourly rate for this position is: $26.84.


Maintain PM/PDM Systems


  • Distribute PMs weekly to assigned personnel.
  • Collect and review completed PM’s for follow-up and further action or record keeping as required.
  • Keep bills of materials current.
  • Compiles and delivers reports from CMMS regarding the work execution management process.

Work Planning and Scheduling


  • Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders.
  • Distribute work packages to Leadmen.
  • Print and deliver work orders to the skilled trades in conjunction with the weekly work schedule.
  • Ensure all work orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished.
  • Assist with review of maintenance backlog and help prioritize.

Reports & Activities


  • Responsible for running a number of reports: Downtime Reports, Filter changes Report, Inspection Schedule, AX number requests, PM report, Delinquent PM report, Safety WO Report, Parts Order, Inventory additions.
  • Collect Downtime data and record in data base.
  • Compile reports from data collection for distribution to management team.
  • Write work orders and create requisitions to obtain necessary materials to execute planned jobs.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma/G.E.D required with additional specialized/technical training preferred.
  • 3 to five years of maintenance background preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft project.
  • Intermediate skills with computerized maintenance management software preferred.
  • Good management, administrative, and math skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with shop floor personnel, vendors, suppliers and management personnel.
  • Committed to safety and teamwork.
  • Ability to organize and plan tasks.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
