to join Wildlife's
People Operations Team in São Paulo
. As a People Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR processes, contributing to the enhancement of our team dynamics, and helping to shape our company culture. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding new hires, organizing employee engagement initiatives, and providing support in various HR projects and administrative tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in people management practices, and make a tangible impact on our team’s success.

What you'll do
- Provide first-level support to employees and people managers through the Employee Center platform;
- Assist in processing hirings, terminations, and other people operations tasks;
- Maintain and update content on the Zendesk platform;
- Offer timely and effective support for employee queries and issues;
- Identify opportunities to streamline cross-functional processes to improve operational efficiency;
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of processes, tools, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance;
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of people operations.
What you'll need
- English on a written level;
- Spoken english (Plus)
- Intermediate Office / Sheets (Plus)
- At least 2 years remaining until your graduation
