In this role, you will be responsible for improving all aspects of the Care Team experience, building the tools necessary to make providers feel “superhuman” as they support their patients through complex care journeys.
As part of our Product team, you will work closely with multiple parts of the organization in this cross-functional role, including ongoing collaboration with our Clinical Programs, Design, Engineering and Integrations teams, as well as supporting and engaging closely with our Customer Success and Implementations teams.Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving, but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare—looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Improving the day-to-day experience for Care Team users managing patients within our platform, from initial care team user onboarding and training through patient enrollment and program completion
- Guiding and refining the vision and strategy for new and existing features, ensuring that our offering meets the needs our target market
- Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers focused on developing and enhancing the Care Team Platform
- Coordinating with Product Managers on other parts of the product, including the Implementation Tools product team on the interfaces to setup and configure the Care Team Platform
Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years experience in a in a B2B/enterprise product role
- Experience with clinician/care team facing applications
- Track record of owning strategy for products/product suites/lines of business
- Strong analytics and data-driven approach to prioritization and roadmap development
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Qualifications (Bonus):
- 0 to 1 product/platform development experience
- Prior work at a startup
- Experience with FHIR/EMR-integrated products

The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role.
