About the Role
Members of the START team oversees the executional tasks revolving around our W-2 offering. They support the conversion efforts of our W-2 supply and help manage our compliance efforts for our W-2 workers. They also serve as a support system for other teams and departments for one off projects/requests when needed. The goals of this team and this role are to increase our W-2 onboarding conversion, support initiatives related to W-2, and execute on tasks related to compliance efforts.
- Reviewing user data for accuracy and compliance with platform requirements
- Performing call campaigns to engage potential F&B professionals
- Iterating on various user activation and engagement projects by market
- Achieving metric-based goals such as user registration, orientation completion rate, profile attribute completion, etc.
In addition, you’ll get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of other fun ad-hoc Operations projects that will allow you to showcase your creative problem-solving and develop your skills in all areas of Operations at a rapidly-growing startup!
Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with internal processes and external customers
- Interest in analyzing and synthesizing data to develop actionable insights
- Ability to problem-solve creatively with a high level of autonomy
- An attitude of continuous learning and seeking out opportunities to expand skillset
- Extreme attention to detail, especially upon intaking compliance-related data
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing tasks, and manage time excellently
- HR/people operations related experience (i-9 verification, onboarding, etc) a plus
