- Support management on all active installation projects.
- Act as a liaison & main point of contact between the company and all customers.
- Assist in the scheduling, dispatching, progress management, and completion of all projects in a timely & professional manner.
- Document and maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date systems and accounts for all active projects.
- Manage contractor-to-customer relations ensuring efficient project execution.
- Troubleshooting any and all issues that arise on any given installation project ensuring that all issues are resolved and that any needed actions are communicated to the appropriate department in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive installed revenue to meet and or exceed forecasted sales and budget goals.
- Drive increased revenue for all out-of-scope material and labor additions on all active projects
- Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with our industry vendors, suppliers, and logistic companies.
- Ensure Express Flooring only provides the highest level of customer service and strives for excellence on every customer experience.
- Daily, weekly, & monthly KPI reporting.
- Provide interdepartmental support as needed.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful as an Installation Coordinator:
- 1-2 years of flooring and/or construction experience preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of principles and practice of employee supervision including assigning, monitoring, work evaluation, hiring, training, counseling, and disciplining.
- Microsoft Office Software
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgments within established guidelines.
- Create and support a positive, safe, and appropriate work environment.
- Execute OSHA and ADOSH safe work environment.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
