This individual is responsible for generating additional sales through follow-up on unclosed sales appointments and reducing cancellations (Customer Saves) . This person will also handle and manage through escalated sales related issues and ensure a timely resolution. This position will interact with various departments including sales, operations, order entry and call center representatives. This person will drive the achievement of stated goals and ensure program success with a high sense of urgency and focus on incremental revenue generation.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Contact all unsold leads to close incremental sales
  • Monitor and review every cancellation that comes through daily; work with customers to save
  • Attain Command Center sales goals and revenue objectives
  • Perform reselections when needed remotely or schedule appointment for Sales person to return
  • Share best practices with other Command Center personnel
  • Assist with follow-up calls, emails, and texts to “unclosed” appointments to see if they are still interested
  • Re-sell customers wanting to cancel their contract
  • Updates daily Sales Reporting

Knowledge and Skills:


  • 3+ Years of combined Inside Call Sales and Customer Service experience. Call Center experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. CRM Experience a Plus. Operate basic office equipment (copier, printer, scanner, etc.)
  • Attendance and punctuality are requirement of this position.

Job Type:

 Full-time
Salary: $50-55k plus commissionFull compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.Compensation Range$50,000 - $55,000USDExpress Flooring is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
