    The Strategic Account Director is a consultative, strategic, and aggressive sales hunter. This person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business in a defined set of target accounts. Consulting with Marketing Ops, Demand Gen and Marketing professionals at target accounts, our sales pros apply their proven experience and genuine interest in client results to enable marketers to achieve their critical goals.In this role, you will be selling a first-mover solution that has enthusiastic clients, clear ROI metrics, and a rapidly growing market.

    This is an opportunity to get involved on the ground-floor of the next ten years of MarTech. Think CRM twenty years ago or marketing automation 10 years ago. Our Demand Cloud allows B2B marketers to scale demand marketing across all channels. Core Competencies: Aggressive Hunter, Strategic Selling, Startup DNA, Digital Marketing, Campaign Automation, SaaS, Web Analytics, Media Management.

    Planning & Strategy (Territory Management)


    • Develop and execute a monthly business plan to drive business
    • Study and learn Integrate solutions, business and market in order to become a valuable resource to prospective clients.
    • Continually learn new Integrate offerings and grow knowledge of our solutions and market.
    • Keep abreast of competition and proper positioning.
    • Effectively utilize and mobilize various SQUAD Team Members (to include MP Account Executives, ABM Account Executives, and Pre-Sales Solution Consultants) for a multi-pronged pursuit of prospects.

    Direct Sales (Bookings Generation)


    • Engage with senior-level marketing and technology prospects with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up
    • Create sales opportunities through active territory planning and engagement and active sales methodology.
    • Sell at high levels within prospect organizations.
    • Manage geographic territory with target account focus.
    • Perform individual prospecting including direct outreach efforts (Sales Generated Leads SGL’s)
    • Timely and effective follow-up on MQL’s delivered by Marketing organization
    • Accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle utilizing Integrate’s Revenue Framework.
    • Consult with clients and provide advice on their B2B demand gen, marketing tech and data/analytics strategy and approach
    • Present, consult and sell prospects on Integrate’s full value proposition
    • Spearhead the creation of custom sales proposals, respond to inbound RFPs, and sales presentations.

    Sales Success (Results & Achievement)


    • Meet or exceed sales goals. Close business.
    • Maintain consistent quarterly production through management of an active pipeline of opportunities.

    Operational Responsibility (Activity & Organization)


    • Overnight Travel required (>30%)
    • Maximize percent of time in front of prospects closing business.
    • Follow sales order management procedures.
    • Prepare and update monthly a Territory Plan.
    • Prepare and update SFDC (Forecast, Activity, etc..)
    • Prepare weekly Expense Report (as needed).

    The base salary range is $125,000- $150,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Integrate offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package and incentive and recognition programs.
