MILLWRIGHT LEVEL 4 - WALDO, AR


Maintain all equipment in the plant. Train lower grade maintenance personnel. 
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $37.35.Daily Job Duties:

  • Use mechanical and power tools to repair mill equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Be able to create/close work orders in the system
  • Be able to do advanced maintenance on all equipment
  • Able to train 1,2 & 3 levels on advanced maintenance
  • Effectively be able to oversee project work
  • Read schematics, and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs.
  • Be able to perform alignments on equipment and do precision measuring
  • Welding & Fabrication for repairs and install of mill equipment
  • Work on and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic units and devices.
  • Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
  • Operate Forklift – as required
  • Follow all applicable safety rules.
  • Work regularly scheduled shifts
  • Work scheduled overtime – as required
  • Work as relieve operator
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Requirements:


  • Prior work experience as a millwright
  • Welding
  • Acetylene/Oxygen Torch
  • Wide range of mechanical skills and use of tools
  • Proficient in Alignments of equipment
  • Forklift
