We are a fast-growing, technology-first startup doing over $1 billion in GMV annually, and our team stays rooted in a patient-first mentality; we aim to bring all of our patients convenient access to reasonably-priced medications without ever needing to step foot in a pharmacy.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing demand generation strategies to enhance Nimble’s brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams and will play a significant role in developing and executing data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality opportunities for our sales teams.

As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will:


  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to produce compelling content that aligns with the needs of our SMB target audience
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to track and nurture leads effectively
  • Create and present reports on campaign results and performance metrics

What you bring:


  • 3+ years of demand generation marketing or digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to drive tasks independently with minimal guidance
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Understanding of B2B marketing process and content benefits
  • Strong portfolio
