As a Finance Operations Specialist you join our innovative team, and will be responsible for processing sales and supplier cases, handling tasks related to financial administration, and assisting as a crucial point of contact for our Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
You will maintain regular communication with these team members and Bitrise's customers, ensuring seamless information flow and responding to regular controllership inquiries. You will be reporting to the Head of Operations.This entry-level role is ideal for those who are looking for a part time job (30 hours per week) and are happy to visit our office 1 or 2 days per week.Our salary range for this position is gross 350,000 - 450,000 HUF/month.Main responsibilities:
- Customer, vendor and other business stakeholder correspondence
- Maintain a transparent filing for financial, legal data in corporate cloud
- Keep in touch with customers related to billing and cash collection
- Communicating with vendors regarding invoices and generic queries
- Support in collecting financial and sales data for financial audits
- Collecting data from SFDC and Billing system for internal reports
- Other ad hoc admins tasks such as filing and scanning documents
- Working closely with sales, operations and controllership
Basic Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in finance admin or customer support role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, experience in data governance
- Comfortable in juggling parallel tasks at once
