About the Team:


This team of sellers and account managers is responsible for selling SaaS solutions, signing expansions & renewals, and managing existing clients in the consumer services space. 

About the Role:


The Director of Account Management is a hands-on people leader with extensive experience selling SaaS solutions to revenue leaders across enterprise-level business, growing businesses, and developing teams. This role reports to the VP of Account Management.  

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Account Management team in achieving and exceeding annual revenue quotas through strategic oversight and proactive management.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
  • Oversee the accurate forecasting of sales goals and key performance metrics, regularly reviewing and analyzing performance data to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Create & Refine tactical tools and strategies to optimize team productivity and address emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Design and execute systematic expansion campaigns targeted at existing accounts and key contacts, capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current customer base.
  • Partner with marketing and demand generation teams to align on strategies that support the Account Management team’s growth objectives. 
  • Travel frequently to major cities across the US and Canada.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing an Enterprise SaaS sales team, specifically in Marketing and/or Sales technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue quotas and managing enterprise revenue growth at scale.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback in a transparent and collaborative environment.
  • Outstanding time management, prioritization, organizational skills, and persistence with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with an energetic, self-motivated drive to succeed and win.
