Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with marketing and sales ops
- Salesforce.com Admin certification or experience of 2+ years with Salesforce
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Flows
- Experience with common GTM marketing tech stack Hubspot, Gong, Clay, Zendesk, DealHub/SFDC CPQ
- Experience with analysis of marketing and sales data using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
Skills:
- Ability to analyze business requirements, design and configure recommended solution, and communicate technical solutions to various audiences
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how to effectively extract, transform and load data.
- Strong analytical and SQL skills, basic Python
- Ability to build workflows in SFDC + Hubspot + Clay
