This position is based in San Francisco where the team is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work from home Monday and Friday. We offer relocation support for those based outside of San Francisco Bay Area.
About the role
We’re building the foundational identity platform that other developers and builders rely on to model and solve their identity problems. Our platform, which is designed to support anything from small business to Fortune 10 companies, makes it easy to manage, build, and automate on top of sensitive data in a safe, secure, and performant manner. We’re obsessed with finding the sweet spot between functionality and a great builder experience so our customers can be a lot more productive and functional with us than the tools they use today.
What you'll do at Persona
- Design, build, and ship foundational aspects of the identity platform including (but not limited to) workflows automation, orchestration primitives, data storage primitives.
- Work with designers, product managers, customers and other developers to build identity solutions that solve challenging problems we face in the identity ecosystem today
- Handle all different types of scale - from helping a new start up automate their manual processes to supporting enterprises with their Super Bowl Sunday scale

$130,000 - $220,000 a year
Offer and benefits
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $130,000 - $220,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
