Kiddom’s high-quality curriculum is layered with robust teacher and leader data insights to drive the continuous improvement of instructional decisions, school/district programming, and professional learning.The Instructional Project Manager will be responsible for managing digital and print curriculum projects associated with content development for the Kiddom platform.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project status across multiple projects to ensure successful execution to meet business goals. You will report directly to the Curriculum Product Manager. We’re looking for someone who has a background in project management related to digital and print content, and a willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Your tasks may include the following:
- Manually editing digital content using the Kiddom platform
- Develop and implement project management software to deliver high quality content that meet defined deliverables
- Review content and provide Quality Assurance feedback
- Other assigned tasks as needed to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders, including contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
- Assist in organizing work based on team member expertise, experience, and workload
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and problem solve when situations do not align with usual processes
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Strong empathy for educatorsPassion for improving education equitably
- 2+ years of instructional content experienceKeen attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem solvingPreference to individuals with experience using Monday management software
