We are looking for a self-starting and impact-driven Technical Recruiter based in Toronto to join Fathom’s People team. This role demands exceptional dedication and adaptability as you'll be responsible for identifying top talent for our high-performing Engineering team. You will play a critical role in Fathom’s next exciting phase of growth as we scale by sourcing, developing strong candidate pipelines, and interviewing. Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles while representing the company with integrity and professionalism
- Leading a high volume of phone screens with candidates, qualifying them for fit, understanding their motivations and generating excitement about Fathom’s story
- Ensuring there is a full pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing
- Guiding and scheduling candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Championing internal processes and procedures to keep our well-oiled recruiting machine running smoothly
- Diligently using our ATS to track candidate pipeline activity and to stay organized
- Collaborating on ad-hoc events or tasks related to talent, people operations and culture
We are looking for a teammate with:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferable in a start-up environment
- Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of successfully attracting, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier software engineering talent in competitive markets
- High level of ownership, grit, maturity, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for people, networking, learning and the ability to be empathetic
- An undergraduate degree
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 CAD - $100,000 CAD
