Location:



  • United States or Canada (From Home / Beach / Mountain / Cafe / Anywhere!)

You will:



  • Lead and mentor the Sales Engineering team, providing support to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Join the Sales team on calls with integration prospects to understand their needs and explain technical integration requirements.

  • Elicit customers' fraud and compliance use cases and pain points.

  • Conduct technical training and product demos specific to customer needs.

  • Hold scoping discussions with customers to capture all use cases and product needs in detail.

  • Collaborate with the design team to build prototypes for new features and user experience workflows for how new features can live within partner applications.

  • Synthesize client feedback and make technical implementation recommendations.

  • Support clients' engineering teams.

  • Identify areas for improvement; communicate these issues and possible solutions to product teams and management.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.

An ideal candidate has:



  • 10+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, System Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.

  • Hands-on experience with API and UML.

  • Prior experience in similar roles within the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain - MUST.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance/AML requirements for financial institutions.

  • Good technical understanding and control of tools such as Postman and Asana.

  • Strong analytical skills: you can dig into the technical details of a problem and turn it into a proposed solution.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment working with global clients.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Compensation:

Base pay range of $200,000 - $220,000 + Incentive + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
