The Role:
As our new Product Manager, you will join a small product team in charge of continuously expanding and improving our products offering: you will have the ownership over at least 2 products.We're looking for a product manager who can understand, prioritize, define, and launch products & features that delivers our value proposition to our customers and their hourly workers. The ideal person is a creative problem solver with a doer mindset - who finds joy in imagining and creating intuitive user experiences for uses cases ranging from B2B Mid-Market to complex Enterprise structures.
What you'll be doing:
Product Strategy & Prioritization
- Define and articulate a product strategy to deliver the vision & business objectives while staying ahead of market trends
- Work with engineering, design, customers, and internal experts to ideate & develop new products
- Continuously research and gather customer feedback to build features that are impactful and bring value to our customers
- Prioritize product features and scope to maximize value and business impact
Product Development
- Collaborate with the Innovation Labs to research products opportunities via consumer research
- Work with design, CX, engineering to ideate new products/features and create a demo-able prototypes
- Collaborate with design to define optimal user journey, user experience, and usability throughout the product
- Continuously iterate on the product by integrating and managing a close feedback loop with customers & internal stakeholders
- Define products requirements for engineering handover
- Partner with engineering and QA to monitor product delivery and ensure the requirements & UX are met
Product Launch & Lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including executives, sales, and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption
- Gather feedback and insights from customer-facing teams to rapidly iterate on product improvements and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with customer support to address product issues, resolve customer escalations, and drive customer satisfaction
What you should bring:
- 4+ years experience as a Product Manager in strong UX-driven B2B SaaS organizations
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing high-impact products throughout their lifecycle
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to do what’s needed to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Technical knowledge of integrations to ensure smooth collaboration with engineering (APIs, webhooks)
- Ability to wireframe and define optimal user journey and touch-points
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a Product Led Growth company
- Knowledge and/or previous experience in the HR tech industry
