Job Description 

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager at Nym, you will have the primary responsibility of building our affiliate marketing framework and network. This role demands a strategic and hands-on approach to affiliate marketing, focusing on establishing robust partnerships and driving significant revenue growth through these channels.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to maximize brand reach and customer acquisition.
  • Independently identify, recruit, and manage high-performance affiliates with a strong presence in the VPN industry.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our affiliate campaigns, including contract negotiation, promotional strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of affiliate programs, adjusting strategies to ensure profitability and scalability.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall marketing goals and company objectives.
  • Exercise considerable decision-making authority in strategy formulation, partner selection, and budget management.

Core Requirements


  • Professional experience working in the privacy industry is preferred: VPN’s, Cyber, Network Security etc or for a company with a great Affiliate performance.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the VPN, cybersecurity, or related tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and scale profitable affiliate marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills to track, predict, and enhance affiliate program performances.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • High degree of independence and experience managing strategic initiatives with minimal supervision.
