We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing systems, processes, and technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the global marketing function at COMPLY. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our marketing and sales performance, improve data quality, and streamline processes.Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Operations, you will drive cross-functional alignment with marketing team members as well as GTM executives and other cross-functional stakeholders, while executing strategic initiatives that positively impact the company's revenue.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of B2B SaaS Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain marketing analytics and standard reporting on key marketing metrics, full-funnel marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and ROI to provide actionable insights to all GTM stakeholders
- Develop and implement processes for marketing data management, including data collection, cleansing, and analysis
- Optimize lead generation funnel and lead prioritization, working with marketing, sales and CS to build and maintain workflows and functionality in relevant systems
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integrations with relevant systems
- Oversee and improve the data quality and integrity within the marketing technology stack to help scale the business; this includes segmentation, list management, attribution and partnering with other ops stakeholders to establish and maintain best practices around lead, contact, account, and opportunity management
- Identify and implement best practices for marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution
- Review and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure email marketing best practices are deployed and manage email distribution lists for customers and prospects for accuracy, data quality and GDPR/Can-Spam compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration between marketing, sales, customer success, and other departments
- Collaborate with the marketing and enablement teams to design and deliver marketing training programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)
- Experience with 6Sense and executing on account-based marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience in self-led analysis, building, leading and managing pipeline & forecasts with marketing leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Skilled project manager and ability to drive projects to fruition
- People management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Hubspot Marketing Automation and Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing operations
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $100,000-$120,000 plus applicable commission/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
