In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects to create efficient business systems processes and identifying opportunities to optimize workflows to help scale the business. As a senior member of the Revenue Operations team at COMPLY, you will have the opportunity to mentor & coach Revenue Operations team members and drive cross-functional alignment with GTM executives and stakeholders while executing strategic initiatives that impact the company's revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM systems strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
- Project manage and guide a project team of internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end GTM processes, including lead routing, sales forecasting, quote to cash, customer onboarding, and renewal management and retention.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of GTM technology solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM systems and processes, driving continuous adoption and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and objectives.
- Provide leadership and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee data integration flows between systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, NetSuite, HubSpot, etc., and other internal operations systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in GTM systems and revenue operations, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Support company M&A efforts as relates relevant systems, data and processes.
- Create & maintain information system documentation.
- Coordinate with sales enablement on end-user training and best practices.
- Oversee security, roles, and permissions for all GTM systems.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Current Salesforce administrator certification
- 7+ years working with RevOps, GTM systems, processes, and tools.
- Experience with enterprise business applications, including ERP, CRM, and compatible integration tools.
- Requires excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills, excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service.
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others. Must work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches
- Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholders
- Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment across sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services
- Experience with companies that have grown through acquisition and require rationalization, consolidation, and integration of multiple business systems.
$140,000 - $165,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role would be $140,000-$165,000 (can be flexible based on experience) plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc. as those similarly situated within the Company.
