Nym is at the forefront of privacy technology with the upcoming launch of our flagship product, NymVPN. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies that will introduce our brand to a global audience. This role is crucial for building our market presence and driving engagement through strategic influencer partnerships, primarily on YouTube and Twitter.

Job Description


As the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and leading our influencer marketing operations. This includes identifying influential content creators, negotiating partnerships, and managing campaigns that align with Nym’s mission and marketing objectives. You will play a key role in integrating these efforts with our broader marketing strategies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and average order value (AOV).

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy, with a focus on YouTube and Twitter, to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators, aligning with Nym’s target demographics and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they align with other marketing initiatives such as PPC, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to improve CAC and AOV.
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, with the authority to adjust spending based on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Community and the Communications team to ensure messaging consistency and leverage cross-departmental synergies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to keep Nym at the cutting edge of digital marketing.

Key Experience


  • Professional experience working in the privacy industry is preferred: VPN’s, Cyber, Network Security etc or for a company with a great Influencer marketing performance.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have directly managed YouTube and Twitter campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, including analytics tools, platform dynamics, and content strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions and a clear understanding of brand alignment.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
