What We're Looking For


As a founding member of Perchwell’s sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Perchwell's growth by acquiring high-value real estate brokerage customers. This client-facing role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of disrupting the residential real estate industry with innovative technology. You will be responsible for establishing Perchwell's market presence in new territories, building and owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation and closing deals and .This position is expected to work out of our NYC Office in SoHo 4 days per week. 

What You’ll Do



  • Own the full funnel sales cycle – prospecting, initial outreach, product demos, negotiations, and expansions

  • Build Cross Functionally: Collect customer insights and provide valuable inputs to Product, Engineering, and Operations functions as we scale the entire company 

  • Operationalize: Build out playbooks, processes, scripts, etc. for the next stage of growth

  • Master the Industry: Understand clients' businesses and match them with Perchwell’s services to make the best recommendations

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of residential market trends and competitive dynamics, using insights to strategically position offerings

Required For the Role



  • 4+ years quota carrying sales experience in a scaling SaaS environment

  • Minimum annual quota of $1.0M of SaaS or net revenue in a quota-carrying role with ACVs ranging from $30K - $150K 

  • Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience working in a fast paced, scrappy environment 

  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and cultivate customer relationships

Salary Information


To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience. The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $170,00 and $180,000/year (including bonus or commission) + equity + benefits.

Compensation Range: $170K - $180K
