In a world where data is omnipresent, we seek to go beyond data management with our holistic data integration optimized for agility.We work remotely and asynchronously to enable people to take charge of their own time and live their best lives - we believe that this empowers people to shine, thrive, and grow, and perform their best.This role is located in Denmark!Your role as IT Student WorkerYou will become a part of our IT Operations Circle, which is responsible for handling all internal IT operations, information security, and IT administration.
You will act primarily as IT support and super user/administrator on our different IT systems.The role is approximately 10 hours pr. week. We are flexible about when you work and we know that your education is important, so you will be able to adapt your work according to the variable workload that we know your education will demand of you. Our focus will be on your output. You will mainly work remotely, but some tasks will require physical attendance in our Aarhus office approx. twice per month. The office is always available for use, should you wish to come in more often.Your main tasks will be:
- Writing and maintaining guides and FAQs
- Handling internal IT support and troubleshooting
- Providing direct and remote technical assistance for internal users
- Handling ticket/incident system
- Managing and procuring IT equipment
We are looking for you if you:
- Have good technical acumen and preferably previous experience from a help desk function.
- Possess good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows/macOS/iOS/Android.
- Potentially have experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, but this is not required (we will teach you).
- Have entry-level PowerShell or other programming experience. We will train you if needed.
- Are currently doing your Bachelor's or Master's degree within the IT field.
- Have good communication skills in English (and optionally also Danish).
