The People Services Coordinator is responsible for overall studio support. In this job, you will assist management and staff by addressing the needs of clients, making provisions magically appear at meetings, orchestrating events, and charming unwieldy calendars and expenses into submission.

Why We Need This Position

The People Services Coordinator is the architect and foundation of a happy studio, proactively providing exemplary service in order to make all clients and staff feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. With warmth and panache, you build relationships and support staff through mature communication, considered action, and generally being awesome. In this invaluable position, you create an environment that is as structured and sound as it is inviting.

Whether it’s a phone call, a meeting, or a catered event, you are prepared to act as an ambassador for Teague as both a company and a brand. This is a job for an extrovert or an aspiring extrovert, as it involves: escorting clients and visitors to and from Teague studios, ordering and coordinating catering for meetings, preparing international shipping labels, and communicating with event leads to organize and set up events.

Life at Teague

Founded in 1926 by design pioneer Walter Dorwin Teague, TEAGUE is the original design consultancy. As proof, our portfolio spans many firsts: the Polaroid camera, the UPS truck, Texaco-branded service stations, the Pringles canister, and the Xbox. Along the way, we’ve designed the interior of every Boeing commercial airplane ever produced—including the revolutionary 787 Dreamliner. At TEAGUE we make things—whether they’re products, services, or experiences. We do this through interdisciplinary teams of industrial designers, interaction designers, researchers, strategists, engineers, and other talents spanning everything from branding to robotics. This imperative to make things is driven by our belief in connecting strategy with execution. We call this approach thinking through making and it’s at the heart of everything we do.
