About the Role
The Director of Product Partnerships will be responsible for the management and expansion of a portfolio of Nayya’s most strategic partners: HR Tech platforms and Point Solutions. In addition, this role will be responsible for creating the playbook for growing, retaining, and expanding our partners. The successful candidate will need to display strong commercial acumen in order to broker high-value deals with enterprise-level companies - and they will do so by developing a strong understanding of our partners’ organization and Nayya’s products.
Product Partnerships are a significant and rapidly growing part of Nayya’s core revenue and overall business strategy - generating deal flow and broader network exposure for the platform. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for delivering results and a strong interest in strategy, sales, relationship management, analytics, and business development.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Build high-impact, best-in-class relationships with partners
- Develop trust and embrace an enterprising mindset, serving as both an advisor and a collaborator to ensure the best outcomes for all parties involved
- Own team revenue numbers, establishing the operating model and business reviews to achieve the mutual objectives established
- Develop compelling business value propositions that encourage partners to adopt and invest in Nayya solutions
- Develop the playbook to monetize, retain, and grow our partners
- Collaborate with Nayya teams to develop and execute on strategic plans and ensure KPIs are met
- Learn our partners’ structure, objectives and concerns in order to align Nayya services to best meet their needs
- Deeply understand Nayya’s products, services, and integrations
- Develop and grow the team, and work collaboratively with other internal Nayya team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating, managing, and expanding partnership deals
- This role requires a deep understanding of the HR Tech industry, group/health benefits, and the broader benefits ecosystem (including producers/consultants and carriers)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders toward a common goal
- Ability to see the “big picture” and think long-term about partnership opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation – both in-person and virtual
- 12+ years of professional experience; 3+ years of experience building strong partnership relationships in a SaaS/cloud environment, working closely with leaders across organizations to drive strategy and execution
- Proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships at the "C" level as well as through the organization
- Inspiring people leader who can set clear goals, and manage effectively
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $172,000- $200,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of the geographic region of our New York office.
