Small Girls PR is growing & seeking an Account Coordinator to support our fast growing west coast office focusing on a range of exciting consumer brands across the fashion, tech, fitness, and lifestyle spaces! 
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the administrative functions of the team. With a keen attention to detail, the Account Coordinator maintains organized work streams and files, monitors media for client opportunities and contributes to team brainstorms.  There is no one-size-fits-all for an SGPR client which means your career will be further enriched with meaningful and diversified experience. We've handled mergers for GE, announced Esusu as one of the first Black-owned tech unicorns, created a closet calculator to see how recycled clothing impacts the environment with thredUP, and this team specifically tapped the Green M&M as Zappos’ newest “shoefluencer” ahead of the Super Bowl, when M&M’s spokescandies were put on hiatus. Note: This role is based in our LA office, working two days a week in the office on a hybrid schedule. 

How you’ll make an impact:


  • Work alongside the team to manage administrative tasks for a variety of exciting, fast growing clients including innovative fashion, tech and parenting brands 
  • Keep the team organized by being the keeper of monthly activity reports, weekly call agendas + notes thereafter, and assist with wrap reports/decks as needed
  • Pulse search engines, alerts and social media to ensure all client placements and mentions are monitored, captured and interpreted
  • Secure consistent, quality media placements every month across an array of press verticals that support clients goals + initiatives
  • Brainstorm innovative ways to create ownable media moments for clients and obtain editor attention with evergreen angles
