The Team


The Finance Team is responsible for executing Imprint’s financial strategy and empowering teams with insightful analysis, cross functional collaboration, and operational rigor. We work closely with our leaders, investors, bank partners, and merchant partners to execute company strategy and build financial discipline as we scale through our next stage of hyper-growth.

The Role


  • This is a highly visible role that will engage in all aspects of financial planning, strategic analysis and day to day operations. Your contributions will fundamentally impact business processes, results and overall efficiency of both finance and operations
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Senior Manager with a solid background in investment banking or extensive financial modeling experience
  • The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior business leaders, and a passion for making a significant impact in a dynamic, high-growth company. A proven track record in the finance sector, particularly within the credit card or banking industry, is preferred
  • The ideal candidate excels in a fun, fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office

Your Day-to-Day


  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability analysis, risk assessment, and scenario planning
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop executive-level presentations, excel models and ad-hoc analyses for the business
  • Create partnerships and collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business growth and profitability
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What We Look For


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of the credit card or banking industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice-to-Have:


  • 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Consulting
  • Operating finance experience at a credit card company or high-growth fintech startup
  • Experience in Netsuite, SQL and data analysis tools (ie Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
