WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Privacy Analyst Consultant, you will assist in facilitating the ROPA recertification process and monitor digital compliance activities. You will work with key stakeholders and business owners to update or create new Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role also involves supporting web domain, site, and page monitoring processes to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements. We anticipate this role being up to 40 hours/week.

You will:
ROPA Facilitation:- Support Privacy team in ROPA facilitation of the recertification process.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and business owners to update or create new Records of Processing Activities.
- Organize and set up meetings with business units.
- Guide business owners and stakeholders through the ROPA process.
- Follow up with additional Points of Contact to ensure understanding of business processes and ROPAs.
- Update data elements, purposes of processing, business functions, descriptions of activities, country of data origin, data repositories, downstream internal sharing, third-party data sharing, etc.
- Review processing activities for completeness.
- Establish cadences for recertification.
- Adhere to ROPA processes as outlined in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.
- Update existing documentation to reflect changes in the ROPA recertification process.
- Write SOPs for ROPA processes.
- Assist in building out the Confluence site.
- Identify key business stakeholders.
Digital Assistance:
- Support web domain, site, and page monitoring processes.
- Analyze web tracker monitoring service reports to identify non-compliant behavior and characteristics.
- Conduct review and risk evaluation of web tracker components.
- Document and report results and findings.
- Provide support and advisory services to downstream partners, business units, and third-party organizations involved in web component development and deployment.
- Ensure web component remediations adhere to regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Track remediation efforts and solutions.
- Maintain SOPs and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as required.

- Preferred experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, data protection, or related fields.
- Proven experience with ROPA processes and documentation.
- Experience in working with web tracker monitoring and digital compliance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
- Proficient in using Confluence and other documentation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Skills and experience leading a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow experience.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- GDPR Certification or other relevant data protection certifications
