About the Role:

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be a key player in shaping Bringg’s future by attracting the best and brightest minds. You'll partner with our global leaders, tap into your networking skills, and create unforgettable candidate experiences that make Bringg the place to be!
But wait, there's more! As our Office Manager, you'll ensure smooth operations, coordinate virtual and in-person events, and support our team across locations. Your role is all about creating a vibrant and productive environment where creativity thrives, whether in the office or remotely!

What You’ll Get to Do:


  • Be a Talent Matchmaker: Work closely with all levels of Bringg’s management to understand our needs and bring our growth plans to life.
  • Craft Brilliant Hiring Strategies: Build strong candidate pipelines and foster long-term relationships with potential Bringgsters.
  • Own the Hiring Journey: Take charge of the global hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience from first hello to offer acceptance.
  • Create Candidate Magic: Deliver exceptional experiences with proactive communication, ensuring every candidate feels like a superstar.
  • Champion Our Culture: Share your insights on candidates' cultural and personal fit at every level—company, department, and team.
  • Lead Exciting Initiatives: Collaborate with our brand manager and other stakeholders to enhance our hiring strategy and make Bringg shine!

In This Role, You’ll Need:


  • At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the tech industry
  • Talent-sourcing superpowers on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • An engaging approach with a knack for turning passive candidates into active ones
  • Solid tech know-how and a keen understanding of industry trends
  • The ability to pinpoint target companies, events, social platforms, and open-source communities
  • Extraordinary communication skills that inspire and connect
