In This Role, You’ll Need:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the tech industry
- Talent-sourcing superpowers on LinkedIn and other platforms
- An engaging approach with a knack for turning passive candidates into active ones
- Solid tech know-how and a keen understanding of industry trends
- The ability to pinpoint target companies, events, social platforms, and open-source communities
- Extraordinary communication skills that inspire and connect
